If you’re an existing cardmember or applied for the card prior to June 23, 2025, your benefits and annual fee will remain unchanged through October 25, 2025.
As of October 26, 2025, you will get an additional $1,500+ in annual value with your Sapphire Reserve card. After this date, on your anniversary, your annual fee will adjust to $795 and each authorized user fee to $195.

Your annual fee will be $795 on your anniversary date, adjusted from $550. The fee for each authorized user* will be $195.

After meeting the $120,000 spend requirements as described above, you, as the authorizing officer, will have statement credits automatically applied to your account for Southwest Airlines purchases made on Chase Travel, up to a maximum accumulation of $500 for the remainder of the calendar year in which you qualify expiring at the end of the following calendar year. Purchases made by authorized users of Chase Sapphire Reserve for Business accounts, such as employees, will not qualify. The most you can have available at one time is $1,000 in statement credits if you qualify in consecutive years. The $500 Southwest Airlines Chase Travel Credit must be available at the time qualifying purchases are made to be applied to your account. See the Benefits section of your account on chase.com or the Chase Mobile® app for benefit status. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for statement credit(s) to appear on your monthly credit card billing statement. We may reverse statement credits if an eligible purchase is returned, canceled, or modified or if you close your account within 90 days of receiving a statement credit. Any purchases that qualify for the $500 Southwest Airlines Chase Travel Credit will not earn points.
After meeting the $120,000 spend requirements as described above, you, as the authorizing officer, will be eligible for Southwest Rapid Rewards A-List status for the remainder of the calendar year in which you qualify through the following calendar year. The last year to qualify for Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards A-List status is calendar year 2027 for status until 12/31/28. After qualifying, you must activate this benefit by linking your Southwest Rapid Rewards membership on chase.com or the Chase Mobile® app. If you do not have a Southwest Rapid Rewards membership number, go to southwest.com/enroll/ to enroll and then return to chase.com or the Chase Mobile® app to link your Southwest Rapid Rewards membership and activate this benefit. Please allow 10-15 business days after linking your Southwest Rapid Rewards membership for activation of your Southwest Rapid Rewards A-List status to be complete. A-List status is only available for the primary Chase Sapphire Reserve for Business cardmember and your associated Southwest Rapid Rewards member number.
